We accept returns only under the following conditions:
If the product delivered is different from what you ordered.
If you receive a product that is leaked, broken, or physically damaged.
If the product delivered is past its expiration date.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
If eligible, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund.
A replacement will be shipped only after the returned product is inspected.
Replacement may not be available for temporarily out-of-stock items.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may request a return only if eligible under the above conditions.
